5 – I Different Kind of Doodle

2D Design is probably one of the most challenging art classes i’ve ever had.

The whole semester has been a lot of art theory and abstract art.

It’s been challenging to say the least. The first doodle (or painting in order to not waste extra paint) was probably overflow of my 2D design stuff.

The one below it was overflow of my brain exploding.

Speaking of things completely random, oh hey! Lets draw compasses made out of skulls and cross bones in my Philosophy class.

Well at least they turned out semi cool looking. Maybe i’ll make a tresure map one day and be glad i practiced my compass making skills.

Phantom of the Opera – 3

This is one of my all time favorite doodles. I drew this during a Math class about three years ago.

Fun Fact: I’ve only seen Phantom of the Opera once. It was in high school. 6 years ago… no time near the creation of this doodle.

It was completely random.

Also in the corner, variations of a bottle cap.

This doodle i found particularity interesting. It’s nothing very big, yet, it’s completely random. I have no idea why i decided this page needed to have a universe in its margins.

Especially seeing how it has nothing to do with Rhetoric or anything having to do with arguments.

Side note, this teacher gave me a bad grade for the class.

I wonder if it’s cause i had my head in space.

Doodles First Post

I, like many people, enjoy doodling. Most of the time my doodles are done while taking notes for class. Last Monday during my art history class i ended up creating this epic doodle.

In showing this to a girl friend, she suggested that i create a blog of doodles. As some of you know i currently have a website dedicated to my comics, here, though this should be something fun and hopefully i won’t start doodling just to put stuff on here. (Some weeks i make comics just to have a comic >_< )
